General Tags

On the General Tag list, which I find useful, there is no tag provided for "Books", "Literature" or "Reading" - subjects that dozens of us blog about every day, even if we don't contribute to specialist Group blogs.

Meanwhile, the List specifies both "Music" and "Music News". Surely the second tag could be dropped if you have a limit on the number of general tags to be listed?

Right underneath that, there's a section 'My tags' - it remembers your most commonly used tags.

Of course I am aware of the "My Tags" list. But if a tag is listed on the General List, then more people are likely to use it, and so build up, for example a list of blogs about books which other users are more likely to turn regularly. Otherwise some will tag "book", others, 'reading" "literature" and so on.

Presumably this is the whole point of the General List. Is there any technical reason the list couldn't be revised?
