His company has been finding that N360 has been aggressive in closing down login situations to try to close any loopholes for viruses to come in. Their business has had multi complaints from customers this year with exactly the same profile of problems as I had. They decided to recommend a different anti-virus program to their customers due to this ongoing difficulty.

I only see them once every year since we have to travel 3 hours. I honestly felt it was a an aging computer problem since it had not appeared on my laptop for the first 4 weeks that I was using it to post to WiseWoman. However, it depends on time on computer, etc. because I was beginning to experience the same difficulties on the laptop.

Just thought you techies there might want to be aware of this if others have a similar problem.
