Usability suggestion
Is it possible to point it to http://www.blog.co.uk/srv/friends/friends_posts.php?page=2 so we go directly to the next page?

That would be a great idea - and a time saver for those of us without very fast connections!

Thanks - I had searched, but not found that one.
I happen not to agree with their reasoning - but it's not my site ![]()
"More" new posts suggests to me that you will be seeing something else, so I don't see where the logic is in the reply about different links.
I shall just set my blog home link to be page 2 instead.

problem is there are a lot of places per example the media upload,
where there are 10-20 uploads every second ... so if you click on "more" you might as well see the same pictures again even on page 2 - because 10 pictures have been added meanwhile.

Sorry, I muat be stupid but I don't understand how posts and media are co-ordinated in this context.
If I click the 'more new posts' link (the subject of my original suggestion), I get this page:
http://www.blog.co.uk/srv/friends/friends_posts.php
which is nothing to do with media at all AFAICT.
Anyway, as I say, I changed my bookmark to bypass the "my" page entirely, which does the trick! (I never look at media outside the context of the posts they belong to, as it's generallly the whole that's more interesting to me.)
